We stayed here because it was the closest to the Boot Hill Museum. We rode our bicycles for approximately 4 blocks. There seemed to be only a few campers here. About 10. We got a a back-in with elec/water on gravel for $35. They didn’t have a pool but did have a laundry. I did not like arriving at 3:30 and having to wait till 4 pm for the office to reopen.
Nice quiet park. Lake and woods are beautiful. Only 11 rv spots and they face the lake. Very narrow road leads to the campsite. We paid $20 with electric water sewer and cable.
Great place! Had fun! Won money! They have about 8 RV hookups for $20. But allow you to sleep in their parking lot if you don't want hookups.
RVers beware. They will not let you in their parking lot. As soon as we stopped they told us to leave. I have a 2017 - 25ft MH. I told them I was not going to sleep but lose some money. And they said leave now. Went to Isle of Capri where I was welcomed and had a good time.
The campground was wonderful even cable tv if you want to pay for it. The day we left they had about 20 volunteers cleaning and pruning.
Appears to be closed. Drive there and at noon and there was a no trespassing sign. A long drive got nothing
Very nice! got here after they closed and picked a nice spot for our 25 footer. No electric, but cool enough to not run the generator except for cooking. Better then Walmart. No trucks and it is quiet. Only for rigs up to 28 ft.
