Red Canyon RV Park looks like a transient's camp. Very depressing. If you travel just a few miles up highway 12, just past the visitors center, you'll find Red Canyon campground. It's a beautiful location right in the hart of Red Canyon.

We camped at Red Canyon in June of this year and found that the Red Canyon Indian Store had been out of business for at least a year. However, just 500 yards down the street on the opposite side of the road is a great gift shop called Bryce Canyon Trading.

The owner stocks her store by visiting all the Indian reservation in Arizona and New Mexico during the Winter months. Her mark-up on the jewelry is very reasonable. We were very impressed and bought several pieces for our children's upcoming birthdays.
