“nestled at the entrance to Red Canyon”
Red Canyon R.V. Park Red Canyon R.V. Park is nestled at the entrance to Red Canyon (a Bryce look-alike). Located on Utah's scenic highway 12, just 3/4 mile east of highway 89 we are only 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon and 2 miles from Red Canyon. Bryce Canyon National ParkOnly three miles from the R.V. Park you will find uncrowded biking, hiking and ATV trails which wind through the limestone spires and hoodoos (a site you must see!). Unlike Bryce Canyon trails, these start on the floor rather than the rim and range from 1 to 8 miles with varying levels of difficulty. Our central location makes this is a great place to stay, especially if you want to see some of the many other sites in the area like Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Zion National Park, Boulder Mountains and Panguitch Lake. At the R.V. Park there are nice tent sites with grass, fire pits and covered picnic area. R.V. pull throughs include all hookups, free Wi-Fi and cable tv at all sites, and are big enough for 40 foot rigs. And we also have clean & modern private shower facilities available.

Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 25, 2023Red Canyon RV Park looks like a transient's camp. Very depressing. If you travel just a few miles up highway 12, just past the visitors center, you'll find Red Canyon campground. It's a beautiful location right in the hart of Red Canyon.
We camped at Red Canyon in June of this year and found that the Red Canyon Indian Store had been out of business for at least a year. However, just 500 yards down the street on the opposite side of the road is a great gift shop called Bryce Canyon Trading.
The owner stocks her store by visiting all the Indian reservation in Arizona and New Mexico during the Winter months. Her mark-up on the jewelry is very reasonable. We were very impressed and bought several pieces for our children's upcoming birthdays.
With Bryce Park 14 miles away, this was the spot for us. The town of Panguich is 8 miles away with grocery store and restaurants. Our site was level with views of the surrounding mountains. Full utilities and wifi and cable were great. Decent bathrooms with enclosed showers. Laundry has only one washer and dryer so don't plan on doing a bunch of laundry. Park right up on road going into Bryce so busy most of the day but quiet at night.

Close to Panguitch and Bryce National Park. The Bryce Wildlife Adventure Museum is one of the best privately curated museums we have ever seen! Robert Driedonks has an amazing collection... Must see. We also did an ATV rental from Robert and had a blast, gives you a map and send you off on your own... had a great adventure.

Small rv park where no one picks up litter or cuts the grass. The office person sits and collects money, that’s it. You never see anyone out checking on sites. Sites very close together. If anyone was in the cabins it would have been hard to maneuver. Poor water pressure and poor internet and we were right by the office.
