Pet friendly ($25 fee). Grassy spot for the dogs. Decent restaurant/bar in the hotel that will do room service during certain hours.
Two thumbs up for a quick stay.

My GPS couldn't find this, so I just put in Pitt St in Bedford and it got me there!
No one was there, which was great for us. Fun picture spot. Ample and free parking. You should go!
