Good and clean. Easy to find via google maps or otherwise. The bridge mentioned on Jordan road is over 11 feet in height according to the sign.

The dump has an honesty box for $20 and the hose is there but no potable water. Pristine and clean. The station also appears to be behind the rolling gate so only accessible during the BSD business hours.

This is a gem of a park. (misses 5 stars due to road proximity and lack of grass areas)

We planned to stay one or two nights and stayed 4!
Sites are more or less level and all gravel. So, it is a bit dusty but the lake is excellent. You do probably want some swim-shoes as it is rocky getting in.

The sites are about average distance apart and we had one that backed onto the main road so we had road noise. This was also COVID time so the restrooms were not open for use. The camp host was very nice and the park is in walking distance of a grocery store and some of the town.

We really enjoyed the time we had there as it was hot and the lake was great to cool off in. We're definitely planning to stay again.

Great spot on the river. It was full-ish when. We got here on Thursday evening but we snagged a slot. Between two families along the river bank.

Word of warning: no tents allowed here. There was a couple in tents that got run out as they were using the bushes.

Most folks here are families or older groups so it's quite and chill. Just some kids playing in the river during the day.

An idyllic spot!

This was a pleasant overnight on our way south. The back-in sites are perfect for our van and we only heard the slightest of road hum while sleeping. They have a pool, communal fire ring, and a club house. Gas grills are allowed at the sites but not charcoal or such permitted. There are plenty of pull-thru spots for larger rigs and while they are close, as you'd expect for an urban park, it is clean and we'll kept. Definitely be back soon.

This was our first ever stop with our new class B. We arrived late in the afternoon/evening on Saturday and the host was kind enough to show us over to a pull thru.

The RV spots are close together so if it were busy I'd say privacy would be on the lower side. There are fire pits but there was also a burn notice so no chance to try one out.

The area is clean and pretty level. We liked that there was a restaurant and a bar on site as that made it a little easier for us. The restaurant is basic, burgers, steak and sandwiches. If they have the pizza soup, well you have to have it. The bar is actually at the back of the park and in a basement so you have to do a little hunting to find it. It has a wood fire and a pool table so also basic but cozy-ish.

Would stay again to explore some trails or as an overnight w/hookups.

We stayed here over Christmas and had Christmas lunch at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. the sites are well spaced out and the bathrooms super clean. There is a nice trail you can walk over the hill to the museum (bring water and a hat) and back.

Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

When arrived just before sunset and took a quick look at the falls and headed back to the main road (SR 216). Following 00's review, we found a level spot on Davin Rd, a primitive road about a mile back from the park entrance. The road goes in to private land with a gate so we worked back from there. There are fenced cattle areas here so we stuck to the side of the road without the fence. We also went far enough back to be out of sight from the main road. Next morning we drove over and hiked the falls.

This is a perfect overnight. Well almost perfect, there is the usual train track just over the canal/river. The lot is fairly level and quiet (we were in the car area at the end by the dog run). There is a big park area along the water with tables, a walkway, and historical information. There is also a kids play area that is well cool. Cell signal is a low but I was able to do email and such on AT&T and there is wifi in the visitor center. The visitor center has 24hr restrooms and vending machines. It's amazingly clean and has the most eclectic vending selection I've seen on American roads: craft soda, craft Jerky, cheeses, crackers, cupcakes, sandwiches, bitters, even reusable shopping bags! Worth a stop just to check the place out. I really wish all highway rest areas were like this one. Well done NY Thruway.
