This must be the worst managed Holiday Inn on the planet. Whatever you do, don't fall asleep waiting for the girls to get back from early shopping. The phone in the room was plugged in and totally dead so phone calls were impossible. Check out is strictly at 12pm and the girls were granted an extended check out on the way out. The end result was leaving the room woth all the belongings and paying a $150 incidental charge in cash, even tho I never booked the room and my girlfriends had the deposit held and charved to their card! Rude and never stay with Holiday Inn again if they cannot screen to keep selfish power hugry managers like Hina away from the front line.
