This must be the worst managed Holiday Inn on the planet. Whatever you do, don't fall asleep waiting for the girls to get back from early shopping. The phone in the room was plugged in and totally dead so phone calls were impossible. Check out is strictly at 12pm and the girls were granted an extended check out on the way out. I nodded off and woke up to housekeeping knocking and politely told them I was getting up and going to get ready. So I jump in the shower and 5minutes later, loud banging at the door starts. I run out in this super short towl they supplied and Hina had her guy attempting to break the lock off with a plumbers wrench. She demanded me to open the door. I did while I was half naked and soaking wet. I argue that her aggression and demands are not right and she replied to get out in 30 seconds or the cops would be called. I told her that it's s impossible to get dressed and pack in less than 5 minutes. My towel has pretty much dropped at this time and once I saw her eyes staring at my freshly manscaped penis, I slammed the door in her face and asked her to kindly leave or wait outside.

The end result was leaving the room woth all the belongings and paying a $150 incidental charge in cash, even tho I never booked the room and my girlfriends had the deposit held and charved to their card! Rude and never stay with Holiday Inn again if they cannot screen to keep selfish power hugry managers like Hina away from the front line.
