A smaller but well stocked and maintained aquarium...short 'tours' with the feeding of the fish is a neat addition. Well worth the stop!
Good place to hit for a drink and some live music!
Crabby's Dockside...needed a bucket sized drink after the drive up from the Keys at the end of the day!
Great service and the Blackened Grouper was very good!
Quiet, clean, and comfortable...great people running the place!
We love the retro-style feel of the place and it's close to the beach and plenty of activities and food places (three Frenchy's Cafe's within easy walking distance and one more to the south that's not that bad of a walk either).
2017:
Latin House was one TripleD spot that both of us were really looking forward to stopping by and they did not disappoint!
We split the ChimiBurrito and a basket of Tangled Love (with Pulled Pork)....Amazing flavors from both and more than we could finish.
The waitress was very nice and the prices were very reasonable...this is definitely one down for a repeat visit should we be able to get back down there!

At one of our favorite TripleD places..Latin House Grill.
Brunch time...MacaFrita Hashbrowns and a Breakfast Bread Bowl. Our server, Jose, was very helpful and made the stop an even better one!
Another TripleD spot...we made the mistake of not getting to Scully's last year and even as full as I was after a brunch at the Latin House I was determined to get to this "bucket-list" DDD spot as its only a few hundred yards away....and yes I ordered the
Escargot...
Served in mushroom caps, garlic butter and topped with provolone cheese. And served with garlic bread. They were amazing....never in the wild world of sports did I ever imagine myself ordering, eating, and enjoying escargot but Chris Hirsh is quite the chef and as you'll see by the pictures below he's quite the carpenter as well.... gorgeous woodwork throughout the place is his handiwork as well.
We'll be back for a full blown entree next time.
Once again it was great people and great food!!!!! Our server, Laurie, was in on her day off and she was most helpful and introduced us to the owner Chris before we had to leave.
Yes...you just have to stop by and get the required obligatory picture of yourself at the iconic cement buoy! I think it's the law :)

2017...
Okay...I know it's called Bad Boy Burito but we ordered the Tacos and they were very good. I may have been expecting them to be a little larger in size but they made up for that in taste!
This was our 2nd TripleD stop of the day and if you are in the area it's definitely worth the stop.
2018...
Bad Boy Burrito...and this time we got Burritos 😁 they were good portions and very delicious!
Latest stay...spent more time here this year and the place and facility was as good as ever after Irma passed through....love the retro-style of the whole place!
