Got a latte. it was very good, not overly sweet like some. The girl who took my order was very nice and patient with me. The atmosphere was a bit Starbucks-y but had plenty of seating and more of an Eco-conscious feel. I like the pay it forward board. good place to caffeine up on a road trip.
We didn't actually stay the night here. We showed up late, set up our tent and saw lightning in the distance. A severe storm with hail and high winds caused us to pack up and keep moving. The place was pretty run down and over priced for my liking. But, it's right off the highway if you like convenience.
We got here late after our tent nearly blew away in a bad storm. We were a little hesitant since the exterior needs some serious renovation. But the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was breakfast in the morning. It was also nearly half the price of other hotels in the area. Not a 4star but definitely Worth the money.
Great build your own salads. Also had an avocado cheddar panini- perfect after eating road trip snacks. They had fresh ingredients and a clean dining are. I like that they recycle/reuse as much as possible!
