Amazing hike! Scary for those scared of heights but other than that, it was great views all the way up. It had some areas were I felt needed more iron rungs; the iron rings were also covered in sunscreen and other applicants so take note that the bars feel slippery but I was still able to feel safe grabbing them. Have heard that this trail is better than Precipice but don’t really know from personal experience just by word. Definitely would do this hike again!
Awesome campground! Stayed for 3 nights and enjoy it all, 30-40 minute drive to Acadia but the drive there is very scenic especially if you love the costal living. The campground was very nice with clean facilities and very nice people and staff. Site was a little small and they were a little close but everyone kept to their own. I would definitely stay here again!
Spot right on the lake, decent facilities, little loud at night but nothing too bad, very well kept campground
