This RV resort was a pleasant surprise for us. They truly do things right. The very friendly staff led us to our space & helped back us in. They have live music at a small stage & firepit area in the park at night. Bathrooms & laundry were immaculate & park was very well maintained. It was right across the street from the ocean & was very quiet. The only drawback, if there was any, was that the spaces are small. We've found this to be typical of any park by the beach. Would definitely stay again.
Campsites were pretty & wooded and ours backed right up to the creek. We didn't use the pool as it was full of kids at the time. The bathrooms were typical camp bathrooms & were relatively clean. Definitely felt more like camping than an RV resort. We would stay here again if we came back to Ashland.
Pay showers at an RV resort, really?? We stayed at 5 other RV parks this trip & never encountered having to put coins in for the shower. Park was clean & hosts were very nice but the park has lots of freeway noise, especially from semi trucks with air brakes. Between the traffic & the train going by, we didn't get much sleep. We didn't really see other options in this area of the gorge & the location was convenient.
