This place doesn't exist except in the minds of Soap Lake residents. After a little research, we found out that the city has all the pieces to this paragon of awesome in the middle of nowhere. But they don't have the funds to assemble it. So DO NOT drive this unendurable distance just to have all your dreams scatter like dust in the wind. We did.
