Excellent mountain bike trails. About thirty five miles in all; roughly half singletrack. Trails extend into the adjacent Anza Borrego Desert State Park to the north of Cuyamaca. On the south side of the park, East Mesa Fire Road connects to trails leading all the way to Mount Laguna Recreation Area.

This is a kennel. Not really a place to take your RV.
Variety of large, big-rig capable, campsites. Many with full hookups. But those closest to the lake do not have sewer hookup (check reservation web page for specific site amenities first). Most, if not all sites have many trees for shade; great for summer, but not so much for winter when the sun's warmth would be welcome. There are many deer here. Lakeside Park entrance was closed; but Hords Creek Lake park entrance, about a mile east, provides access.
