It’s not the newest but okay. The office staff is very helpful and they accept mail and packages for you. Cell service is good.
The rate is free as a trails collection/Encore property with my Thousand Trails membership.

It’s a gravel covered lot with no real shade so summer would not be pleasant. I stayed in the winter and it was fine. Main downside is the noise from I-8. It is several miles from downtown Yuma on the eastern fringes. There’s nearby grocery shopping & a few restaurants. A RV supply store is within walking distance. They also do mobile repair so I was able to get a minor repair completed. The city of Yuma caters to RVers so there’s lots of places and opportunities to handle needed RV issues.

We had been passing though the area, but decided to stay. It is close to great shopping in Yuma and the weather was perfect. We stayed with our Thousand Trails membership. This was one of the parks they let under 55 in for this year and we hope they do the same in the future. We would definitely return. Also, staff was great and we were able to get packages sent here. AT&T was great, T-mobile was in and out.

This park has several park models, but majority of sites are RVs. Some of the sites seem to be permanent residents and are kept neat.
Roads throughout the park are paved. Sites have rocks with a concrete patio. No picnic tables or fire rings at the sites. Sites are back in with a mixture of 30 amp or 50 amp. Campground has a pool, hot tub, laundry room, bathrooms, showers, and clubhouse. It is fairly close to I-8 and a frontage road so road noise could be an issue.
Site 210 was pretty level. It was 30 amp only. Utilities worked as expected with no power issues.
This campground was included with my Thousand Trails membership so I had no additional out of pocket cost to stay here. The other bonus of the park is that it was not age restricted.
Verizon signal was 4 bars 5G. Adequate to call, text, search the internet, and stream videos. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
