“offers park visitors comfortable, inexpensive lodging”
In 1899, David and Jennie Curry opened a tented camp so that visitors could enjoy the beauty of Yosemite for a modest price. They advertised "a good bed and clean napkin with every meal" for just $3 a day.Today, Curry Village®, otherwise known around Yosemite as Camp Curry, still offers park visitors comfortable, inexpensive lodging right in the shadow of spectacular Glacier Point and Half Dome.
