Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 24, 2022Nice small campground just minutes from I-80. Has a dozen or so nice concrete pads that are nice and level. 30amp and 50amp hookup. Dump station on the way out. Not sure about water. It’s on a large pond and a nice area for an evening stroke. It is close to rail road tracks. $15/night and first come first serve.

Self service first come first serve, $15. Sites were clean maintained and paved perfectly level. Far enough from the interstate to be quiet, close enough for a perfect overnight spot.

Got here around 5:30. Just a few other campers. Level cement pads, good electric. Grass path close to lake just off of tent area. It is a gravel road last couple miles. Only weird thing is someone blocked a site with a couch, but there were spots to choose from so no biggie. A truck came they early to check sites so hopefully they take care of it.

What a beautiful little campground. Large, level, concrete sites w/electric. Flush toilets & water. Easy access from I-80. As noted, last 1/2 mile into the campground is gravel but it is well maintained and no problem for any rig. Highly recommended. Closed 11/1/22 for the season. “See You in the Spring”

Excellent Level Sites! 50 Amp Service On Rv Sites. Great Overnight Spot, Close To I-80. No Reservations, No Staff On Site. $15 RV/$5 tent, flush toilets. No dump station or dumpster. Water wasn’t labeled as potable or non-potable, but there is a spigot attached to the bathrooms and near the playground.

I enjoy staying at small town parks when I'm traveling across country each spring-fall. Each one is different.
This CG has 12 well-spaced sites with 20-30-50 amp on post. No shade. Grounds are well kept. It sits near the lake and is a pleasant locale. I-80 traffic can be easily heard and well as an occasional train, neither of which bothers me much.
There is a fresh water faucet at covered picnic tables, as well as two restrooms - clean. Some reviewers claimed 3 bars of Verizon, but my site had but 2. NTL I could use the internet without hooking up my cell booster which would have added a third bar.
I recommend this CG.

Good place to stop for the night. The sites are level and clean. If you have children, there is a playground for them. No water or sewer. The train came by twice last night, blowing it's whistle for an extended amount of time.

The camp site is nice when traveling along I80. It’s about 4 miles off the highway, easy to access. The sites are concrete and plenty big for our 43’ toy hauler. We heard a nearby train a couple times, but nothing too bothersome. The camp host, (at least I think he was the camp host) came out to say hello in the out in the pouring rain to welcome us. This was a one night stop as we are anxious to get home after being gone for five months,
