“The best campground in Yolo County”
We are a non profit organization dedicated to preserving, restoring, enhancing and promoting the stewardship of the stream environment along Cache Creek. There are 45 sites for tents or RVs up to 42 feet (no hookups), including some pull-through sites, and four group sites that can accommodate 20–30 people. Picnic tables, barbecue pits, and fire rings are provided. Drinking water, restrooms with flush toilets, playground, and dump station are available. Some facilities are wheelchair-accessible. Leashed pets are permitted.
We were the only ones in the Campground which was nice. Campground was fairly clean but was not in good shape. A lot of porta potties set up. The river bed had a lot of litter in it.
Main problem with the camp was it's location, it was not near Woodland, CA at all. It turned out to be about 40 mi North of Woodland near Rumsey, CA.
Using roadtrippers navigation we were initially directed to the middle of a farm field right outside Woodland which was incorrect. The actual location added about an hour to our drive which made for a very long day and a very long drive on the next day.
