We walked the diner next door to eat (nice to not make a mess than night cooking). Site was concrete and level. Quiet even though it’s close to I5. Bathrooms were clean and bright. Close to the outlet mall if you are in town for shopping. We’ll stay again as we travel this way often. We did stream a movie, so even though I don’t recall the exact coverage it was good.

Great location just across the street from Woodburn outlets. Huge lot with pull through spaces. Large clean restrooms with 4 spacious showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry facilities onsite. Lots of full timers there as well. Small convenience store offering free left over bread from Panera. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this park for two nights. We were needing a park close to Portland International Airport and it was the only one with availability for the dates that we needed. The park was clean and well kept. The office staff were friendly. The sites are pretty level and can accommodate big rigs. The park has a nice heated pool. There seem to be a lot of people that are long term that go to work early in the morning. It can get noisy starting around 6 am. Mainly big vehicles pulling out. The sites are relatively close together, but they are set up so that it is quite easy to pull into them. Most of the sites are pull-thru with out perimeter sites being back-in. There is a nice fenced, grassy dog run. The park is right off of I-5 with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again if it was only for one or two nights.

This RV park is in a perfect location. Friendly staff and extremely clean, Specially the bathrooms. The sites are not that big but are pretty level. The park is behind the Woodburn Outlets which is excellent for shopping. Everything is literally 1-5 minutes away even Walmart. 45 minutes away from Portland and 15 minutes away from Salem. Definitely recommend this part either for a quick or long stay.

We had a site that backed onto trees and a little parkland area which was nice because we had a smaller rig. Big rigs are in the pull through parking lot area. But they all have grass. Great laundry and store and wonderful staff.
We found the other residents super kind and friendly. All the rigs were nice even though many residents were permanent.
We really enjoyed staying here - the local shops were fun and so was the neighborhood park. Portland was quite a trek, we didn’t go there as much as we hoped we would.

This is a typical RV park in a big city. Easy access off I-5. Places are real close together and it was difficult to back into our spot. One real advantage is that it is within walking distance of a huge outlet mall if you like to shop, but for us it was a good location to visit family. Easy walk to many restaurants and fast food. Internet is very sketchy at best but we were able to get email. Very nice laundry facilities, bathrooms and showers clean. Hook ups were at the very front of our spot so we were unable to connect to the cable because our cord wasn’t long enough.. It was also a close call for the sewer hose. Good TV reception with a booster antenna with choice of lots of channels. No picnic tables but you can rent one if you want.

The park is an average RV Park, but the reason we would never go back is that they are very anti-family here. Warning for families, the price you see is not the price you’ll pay! Have a kid with you? That’ll be extra. More than one kid? That’ll be more. Kids staying more than one night? That’ll be even more.
The playground is old and if you take your dog to the playground with your kids, dogs are not allowed in that area. You’re expected to wait across the bridge on a hill and try to see what your kids are doing from there. We never saw another family during our stay here and now I know why! Families should avoid this place.

Although we’re here for only one night the park looks really clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our site was large pull through. Set up was a breeze! They have a nice fenced dog park. Lots of eating and outlet shopping in walking distance!

The staff is extremely nice and it’s nice to have a small convenience store within the park as well. Conveniently located between Portland and Salem with easy access to the interstate.

{Dates Stayed: December 26-27, 2023} Very nice location off I-5 and right next to Outlet Mall (they have there own pedestrian gate to the mall). No time to stay and didn't use facilities except for electric. Restaurant/bar right next door; and a couple fast foods. Looks like good laundry, restrooms & showers. Portland is 30mi North so perhaps a good alternative outside of the metro area.
