I don't feel that the way this park is ran is fair. For how much we have to pay especially during a pandemic when people are struggling to make it by the owner should get new maintenance & management. The 3 bathrooms out of 5 that are working are always dirty, no toilet paper & the laundry rooms are pretty bad too. I hope the best for the future of this park, it has potential just needs a whole new staff including new ownership that respectfully cares for the tenants.
Apparently I requested a reservation through their BOOK NOW and it sends you to RoverPass and you have to await confirmation of the reservation. Going on day two and no word so I called the park and they don’t use RoverPass any longer and ONLY do month to month. Not helpful for RVers on the road
Great location if visiting the Safari Park. Manager Sarah is super nice and the park bathrooms are very clean. Lots of trees and green. The park was very quite and safe.
Nice staff, truly, I don't want to leave a bad review, but if you are looking for a cozy camping spot for your family while at Wildlife Safari, this isn't the spot. It is right on the highway, so the road noise is very loud, all night. And you hear everyone leaving for work in the early morning. The majority of tenants are permanent and the "trailer camping" spots are just on thick gravel, didn't really feel like camping.
These guy are crooks. STAY AWAY! My Daughter made a reservation by phone using my credit card. We were on a family vacation with my grandchildren and needed to stay for 1 night. Our motorhome broke down and we were unable to get to the park. We called within 3 hours of making our reservation and were told we NEVER give refunds. They charged my credit card 45.00, four days later, for NOTHING. Thanks for adding insult to injury and making our trip that much worse. OH YEA, then they lied and said they would email a voucher good for 90 days and NEVER DID!
