Willows Rest Area Southbound

There are actually 2 free dumps located at the Willows Rest Area off the I5, one for northbound and one for southbound. Both dumps are located at the end of the rest area right before the ramp to re-enter the freeway. There is a separate fresh water fill hose as well, although there are no signs indicating if the water is potable or not. Unsure if the water is shut off in winter but it was still on when I was there in late November.

This was a clean rest stop for the night. A little loud as it was super close to freeway. Sanitary dump was really dirty and a small rock covering so we didn’t use it.

Closed until Nov 25, 2021 :/

This is our regular dump stop on the way home from Seattle, a favorite. Sadly, it’s closed for construction. Website says closed until 12/31/21, but it doesn’t look close to opening today. Sigh.

Dump is closed

My silly fellow RVers,

The sewage dump indeed exists and is not closed! There’s a sign that says sewage next to a green gated area. Don’t know what that’s for, but it’s locked. Fear not! The sewage hole is near the locked door. Lift it up with your little fingers and dump away.

They really ought to provide more dump stations along the I5.

Bathrooms were a little gross. The soap looked like.. blood??
