“A museum with a bit of everything”

The Mendocino County Museum collects, conserves and celebrates the stories, artifacts, and documents of the people and places of Mendocino County. The museum has an amazing collection of stamped envelopes signed by national figures as part of a Bicentennial project of Ft Bragg resident, Dennis Tuomala. It also features local veterans' private collections of hel- mets, medals, uniforms and amazing photos, from World War I, World War II, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the times between.
