We enjoyed our time here. The park has a friendly atmosphere and the staff made us feel welcome. Lots around the area for entertainment, etc., including activities in the park. Nice sized site, especially for Florida where you can sometimes feel pretty cramped. Extremely easy access from I-75 N/S and 44 W/E. One of the best Thousand Trails parks we have stayed at over the past few years. Overall nice Old School Campground.

We are Thousand Trails members and after our initial purchase of a membership, we only pay $500/year dues. This stay cost us no out of pocket money. 3 Flags is a typical Central Florida RV Park. Not very crowded, surrounded by pine trees and squirels, and lots of spanish moss. There was no problem checking in, our paperwork was waiting outside the office when we arrived late. I have received packages at the front office without any problems. Almost all of the sites are pull thru and very generous in size. Back in sites are along the outer edges. If you have friends in The Villages this is a great place to stay nearby. There is not much to do in Wildwood proper but you can get to other areas easily.

The park is clean, quiet and the perfect location when you are looking to get away from busy campgrounds. There isn't much to do in the area, the park is smaller but it's great for downtime. The pool is fantastic! We enjoyed it almost every day!
I work remote and the Verizon here was exceptional. Fast speeds and steady connectivity. The OTA TV, not so much. If you're relying on your TV antenna don't bother!
Beware that our Garmin RV GPS overshot the entrance and we breezed right by!

The staff was fantastic! The lady that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. During our stay we had an issue with the electric pedestal continuously shutting off power to our RV. I called the front desk and in less than 5 minutes someone was at our site to fix it. They fixed it quickly and we did not have any more issues during the rest of our stay. The pool area is very nice and the bathroom at the pool was immaculately clean. The rec center is nice and comfortable with a nice selection of puzzles that I worked on with my friend that was staying there. Verizon and AT&T worked well. The only thing we did not particularly like is that the sites are way too close together. We were very close to our neighbor with not much outdoor living space, but at least our neighbor was very nice. She was actually one of the friendliest campsite neighbors we have ever had!

A large wooded park with large spots. Many of the spots appear to be permanent, and everyone is very friendly. The park is relatively quiet. There are a lot of live oaks covered in Spanish moss, so it is very scenic. It is just a few miles from The Villages, so it is a good place to stay if you want to go out to eat or to see live music.

We were harassed a little when checking in since we converted our own trailer. The woman checking us in said the manager had to approve it and that all RVs had to show certification now. She hesitated but finally did check us in. The manager never did stop by to see the inside of the trailer.
Other than that experience, it's a nice enough park. Not real big and very flat, so it was pretty easy to navigate into a spot. You're assigned a spot when you check-in instead of driving around the park to pick one yourself.
We ended up in a spot that was next to an annual site. Ann was very friendly and nice to chat with.
The bathrooms were cleaned daily. The showers were decent as well. Plenty of hot water. The shower stalls were a little on the small side but not bad.
Be wary of following GPS as it did overshoot a bit so we missed the turn. There was a pretty convenient turnaround not too far from the entrance, though.

I've stayed here twice, in spot #50 and now in spot #70. Both of these spots are in the front section of the campground where most spots are in full sun but the sites are larger then the back side of the campground; these are spots under 86. Spots 86 and up are in the back of the park and seem to be more long-term residents with some short-term littered through.
The campground is right off 44, just a couple miles north of "The Villages" community, because of the proximity to The Villages you can find everything, Publix, car wash, salons, gas, etc. But there are no sites in the area at all. I've visited one of the local parks, too small to even bike ride around. If you're looking for a relaxing place with good-sized pull-through spots, this is the place for you.
There is a coin-operated laundry with 6 washers and dryers. The only showers in the entire campground are the bathroom in the club house (these are not noted on the campground map). The laundry and clubhouse are both in the center of the almost figure-8 layout of the park, both have parking outside the buildings.

We made a reservation through our Thousand Trails membership - which was free when we purchased our RV. The reservation process through Thousand Trails was annoying, their system was unable to process online reservations the same day as your stay, and ultimately required a few phone calls to complete; this seems to be an issue with Thousand Trails, and NOT the RV park. In fact, we called the RV park directly to let them know about our late arrival and they were super friendly, even giving us a spot close to the front to make it easy for us to get in late at night. The site was grassy/sandy and included a picnic table, but the hookups were a little older and our box had some wasps in the post (which was annoying when trying to unhook the next morning). Wifi was extra and there was no cable. The site and park itself were generally clean.

The grounds are well maintained. The sites have grass for the most part.
The campground is separated into two sections. The back is mostly long term and the front mostly shorter term. Most of the sites are pull thru and the whole campground is easy in and easy out.
ATT was ok, but would fluctuate. 3-10 down and 3-7 up
Version was awesome 20-30 down and 6-10 up
