“small town camping”
Beaver Valley Haven is located in the town of Wibaux, which is an excellent hunting area with plenty of wildlife including deer, wild turkey, pheasant, and many birds. We offer RV sites and hookups as well as tent sites. Wibaux is named for cattle baron Pierre Wibaux and our community has abundant history. Centrally located between Sidney and Baker. We are only 30 miles from Medora, North Dakota, home of Marcus De Mores and Teddy Roosevelt. Enjoy dinning and home cooking at our fine restaurants downtown. We enjoy people coming to our small community and encourage you to experience our warm hospitality.

Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on June 06, 2022We were just passing through. They met us at our rig and gave us a couple of site options. The sites are adequate and level with some pull throughs.
The park is less than a quarter mile from town. We did not have time to explore.
We did not access their bathrooms, but they have showers available.

Stayed for one night and it was so nice here! Good price for a nice quiet area with a clean hot shower. A few people pulled in later at night and were gone by early morning so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! Never a line for the shower and full hookups with decent service

This was a great stop for the night after being on the road 15 hours. We were very grateful she was even open in April. The owner even provided us a 50 to 30 Amp converter. She also recommended a great local place to eat in town. Would recommend!

We are on a planned trip and this stop was on the heels of a 7.5 hour drive so we booked this location in advance given the lack of options. Arrival was peculiar in that we didn't physically check-in but we were shown to our site for the night. The site only had 50amp service but had a 50amp to 30amp adapter already at the pedestal so we could hook up easily. Overall the park was full of long-term residents that seemed to be construction and/or pipeline workers. This was ok with us since it was just for a night but wouldn't be a place we'd consider staying for more that 1-2 nights given the lack of amenities. Staff was friendly though!
