“preserving the history of South Beach”
The Grays Harbor Lighthouse is located in Westport,Washington. The Lighthouse was built in 1897 and went into service in June of 1898. It is the tallest Lighthouse in Washington State.
This local museum, located in a historic Coast Guard building, is worth a visit. There's exhibits on knot-tying, marine life, the science and history of the coast, beachcombing (super helpful for your next stroll along the shore) and, of course, the lighthouse.
