Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on August 03, 2021Tidy park very close to town. Electric only and dump station. Didn’t see water fill up, but didn’t look. Women’s shower old but very clean. Need quarters. One quarter 3 min. Warm but not hot. Toilet in separate room so be prepared. Short walk to town. There is a 3.2 mile self guided trail walk of historic sites which was a nice surprise. Found the brochure/map at the hardware store.

Clean park. Each pedestal has 110, 30 and 50. Water fill next to RR across from Camp Host. $20 per night. Pay showers that cost quarters so have a few on hand.

Out of the way, quiet and restful overnight, totally worth going off the main route between MN and CO. I arrived midweek at dusk with no reservation, there were still several RV pads open, and no one in the tenting area. I tented under a giant cottonwood, right next to the babbling Weeping Water Creek. Dump station for those that need it. Nice walking trail along the creek, and very sweet little town with history narrative signs. Two gas station convenience stores, and one small cafe that was not yet open for breakfast when I was, and had closed by 9 pm. Showers for a quarter, completely separate from the toilet rooms. All very clean. Friendly hosts. The tenting area needs a picnic table.
