Ginger Pop is a family-owned restaurant that draws its inspiration from Bangkok, Thailand, where our family is originally from. Our menu offers an interpretation of our culinary experiences and journeys throughout Bangkok’s many restaurants, street carts, and homes. We often return to Thailand to renew inspiration for dishes that we can feature here with fresh, locally grown, and seasonal produce.
