Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on May 09, 2023Right between Dixie National Forest and Bryce Canyon National Park, this park has a lot to offer. Opened in 2015, everything feels new here.
All full-hookup sites are pull-through and there is a propane filling station on site. There is also a full gas station (with diesel) that stays busy so the fuel stays fresh. Small playground on site for the kids.
Quiet at night, although close to highway 89 so you will occasionally hear road noise when you sit outside at night. Could not hear any noise inside the RV, so not very loud.
All spots are pull-through with picnic tables and fire pits. We enjoyed our stay and would stop by again!

We arrived late and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. We did not use any facilities but felt safe. There was a fire pit and picnic table. We used our good Sam card for a discount.

We arrived March 10 and find this campground open. All around were closed. We were very happy. Quiet place. Nice view. Wifi free. Full services. Corner with 20 and 89. Back to Sinclair gaz station with convenient store and souvenirs. Not a lot of trafic so not a lot of noise. Same in the night. Host very helpful. Playground.

Check in at the store was easy. The person there was pleasant. Had to sign a document verifying I received their rules page. We stayed her September 24th for 3 night. It was cool enough to not run the ac at night. The park is gravel and level, very small trees so no shade in the heat of the day. Good space between sites, Wi Fi was good, there is a service station at the store. A little road noise.

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #1, a FHU PT site for $40/night. This was just a quick stopover for me on my way to Bryce. I left my previous CG early due to the weather forecast. Gravel interior road and site. Easy to maneuver around. The only weird thing was the odd location of the sewer connection which was way up by where my truck was parked. I don't know how I could have connected. Luckily I didn't need to since I was only there one night. 2-3 bars 5G Verizon, lots of OTA, didn't ask about wifi and didn't check the bathrooms or other amenities.
There was some traffic noise from the two highways that border the CG, but not enough to bother us. Good spot to stop for a night.

VERY well kept and maintained park. Staff have been so friendly. Sites are wide and long, parked my rig, truck and motorcycle side by side with plenty of room left over. All are FHU, fire ring, and picnic table.
Has access to 24 hour laundry, showers, restrooms.
Gas station, propane, convenience store/gift shop open 7 days. Food truck seems to be open busy weekends with Tacos etc.
Fenced dog park, also surrounded by BLM land if you would rather go walk in the scrub brush with the pup.
70 miles to Zion, 30 miles to Bryce Canyon. Well in range for day trips to Grand Staircase, Arches, Capitol Reef etc. So much to do around here.
There is a small well stocked grocery store, ace hardware, NAPA, a couple auto repair shops, family dollar and several restaurants in Panguitch (10 mins). About 35 minutes to Beaver for fast food, and other grocery shopping. An hour to Cedar City for big box Walmart type stuff.
