“Camping on Upper Blue Lake”
We invite you to visit one of Mother Nature's unspoiled paradise's. Spring fed water flows into the "Emerald Blue Beauty" of Blue Lakes. The splendor of majestic trees, crystal clear water and the serenity of the surroundings alone will create a memorable stay. Blue Lake is a natural mountain lake, with native Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and Catfish. It is also stocked regularly with Rainbow Trout by the Fish and Game Department. Green lawns, shade trees and crystal clear waters surround the accommodations in a natural setting of beauty and each has a view of the lake.

Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on June 03, 2022Pulled up to a blocked off driveway and office “closed”… no instructions as to what to do. Called number on website and nobody answered. Piss poor customer service. I know it was off season but still wouldn’t one more visitor help the bottom line? Plus we won’t be back ever.
Driving in at dusk in a downpour, after striking out at a few other places, we weren't optimistic. The office was closed, too... so do we park it and settle up in the morning?
Fortunately, the manager (owner?) ran out in a golf cart and helped us out. We got a spot right on the lake and it was lovely waking up to a clear sky and sun on the water.
I think it caters more to regulars, and it was a bit more than we wanted to spend. But it's a pleasant spot and has all the basic amenities.

We camped here over Halloween. They really got into the spirit. The staff was super friendly. Sights are close together, which in the reason for 4 stars. Right on Blue Lakes. Great spot for kayaking & fishing.

A nice enough small "mom and pop" run RV Park right on the water at Blue Lake. But I wouldn't want to come back for 2 reasons.
1) The traffic noise from Hwy 20 is relentless as its a main west/east highway from the 101 to I-5.
2) The price seems to be all over the place depending on if its a lakefront site or not. But at $76 lakefront ($5 included extra for the dog) it's just too much money for what you get.
Also the shower/bathouse is a one hole toilet/shower combo for women and one for men. That's crazy IF the place gets crowded , but there were only 4 rv's there when we stopped overnight.
Nice thing is a dip in the cool water and its a safe place with a friendly staff.
