Indian Cove Campground

If you like looking at amazing rock formations, and bouldering your way up to scenic views, then this is the place for you. I'm not a climber, but there were lots of people to watch going up the faces.

Simply amazing landscape! Very peaceful in August. Every star at night, including the Milky Way and shooting stars. Nice heavy duty smooth concrete tables at the sites.

There’s some incredible views from here, but I only gave it 4 stars because you cannot access the rest of the park from here. You have to either hike out the Indian cove trial which is about 7.5 miles or drove out of Indian cove and then go back in through the west entrance

Great campsites. Most enjoyable & peaceful sunrise I've ever had !!

One of the largest campgrounds in the park, Indian Cove is also one of the easiest to get to from the major highways. Add that to the fact that it hosts 13 group campgrounds, more than any other part of the park, and what you've got is one hectic place to pitch a tent. So cool that you can sort of hide your tent among the rocks and yucca trees. Plus this site has space for RVs, and running water. Plus, the stargazing at night is unbeatable!
