Bienvenidos to Los Jarritos Mexican Food Inc. The Erunez family has been serving fine Mexican home-style cooking for almost 30 years in Tucson, Arizona. Pascual and Frances Erunez opened the doors of Los Jarritos in 1980 and since then their children and grandchildren have been part of this family owned business. The contributions of the family have been an important factor in the success of the business. Frances named the business Los Jarritos because of the traditional “little jar” that was often used in households throughout Mexico in the past. Los Jarritos Mexican Food Inc., is well known for our delicious Barbacoa burritos, Tacos and Menudo. We take pride in preparing everything fresh daily. We do not use ground beef in our Tacos. All are made of shredded beef. Our establishment has become a tradition for many families, local, state and national politicians, movie stars, recording stars and radio and television personalities. Our walls are decorated with photographs from many personalities who have experienced the wonderful food of Los Jarritos. We have also received great reviews from the media. During the Christmas Holiday, Los Jarritos Mexican Food Inc, caters to the great tradition of tamale making. Generations of families have come through our doors throughout the years to get their masa to prepare their tamales. Los Jarritos is also well known for its Menudo. We are pleased that our Menudo has been enjoyed at many family gatherings and social events on Saturdays and Sundays and especially during the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations.
