Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on March 19, 2023Came in late PM one evening and called the number cause no one is ever in the office. Left several messages but they never called us back. So used their night spot not knowing what their rates are or any Veteran discounts. I am a Vietnam veteran and have been an RVer traveling across this country for 40+ yrs. But never had a more disappointing experience than dealing with these people. We have never been refused a Veteran discount on any time frame we needed except there. They should be ashamed of themselves and are a disgrace to the American way. If we could rate this organization a -13 stars we would. Besides they are an overcharging place for what is actually there and are a total RIP-OFF !!!

The road in is badly in need of repaving, very rough. Turn in is very hard to spot, and there is no turn lane to get into. Don't even try it at rush hour. Pets and kids have to camp in the back section, and they are lax on their leash rule. Back section has more of a mobile home park flavor than an rv park. Lots of permenant residents with kids and dogs. Railroad tracks run close by makes for noisey nights, as does drag racing at the nearby fairgrounds. The park is very neat and tidy, and the staff is great. I did not appreciate loose dogs charging at my dog while he was on his leash. Gravel pads, but mostly level. All back section sites are back in only, so no pull through if you have a dog or kids. Sites are pretty tight and I had neighbors dogs and cats loose and unattended in my site, and lots of barking dogs.

Large park off of I-10 close to Saguaro National Park and Colossal Caves. Park is gravel and very level. Our site has a cement slab, picnic table and fire pit. Showers were decent and clean. Laundry newer for $1.25. Closed in dog park but both dogs ended up with cactus needles in their paws so be careful. Has sewer dump, water fill, air and propane. Streets are paved.

Beautiful smaller RV park.
Friendly helpful staff.
Easy access from the interstate.
About a mile away from restaurants and shopping.
We will definitely return.

Surrounded by Trump 2020 flags, nasty full time campers, lot size made smaller by full time resident putting ladders, trees to prevent parking. Reported to manager, no response. We left and will not recommend.

This is a nice RV park. We knew upon booking that it was more of a long term place. So we weren’t caught off guard by the clutter & permanent structures. The sites were spacious and had a large concrete pad with portable fire pit. Two laundry facilities, pool, hot tub. The long term residents are definitely more entitled to the property & they’re not afraid to let you know. Wither it’s with their hateful demeanor or how they speed past you because they are obviously in a huge hurry to make their tee time. Ya know, typical the rules don’t apply to me attitude. All in all it was a decent stay. I DONT recommend the dog park! It’s full of cactus, obviously, and our little pup wasn’t a fan of getting them all in her paws. Plus we were told it’s full of rattlesnakes. They have a large part of the park where pets aren’t allowed. So keep that in mind.

The park was nice and clean, quiet and had a dog park area which was nice. It was a good spot to stop for the night but I probably would not stay here again because I sleep in my truck that has a camper shell on the back and they said they couldn't let me stay in there that I would have to put up a tent and then if it gets too cold I can move into the vehicle. wink wink. Overall it was no problem but was kind of a pain in the butt to put up a tent i wasn't actually going to use. I felt the residents were kind of concerned that I was planning to sleep in the tent since it was pretty cold at night.

We're not 55+ but wanted a nice, quiet place to stay for a week. This was the place. It's a little far from Tucson, but worth it for the quiet. It's also really close to Saguaro NP and some restaurants and a Walmart. It's near the highway, but you don't notice.
Sites are a little cramped. People here are very nice and don't mind that we weren't 55+. We used the hot tub (even during COVID). That last reviewer was just grumpy.
WiFi is unusable. ATT was almost unusable. It bounced bn 1 bar 5GE and 1 bar LTE. It was barely enough for us to work (no booster).
We would definitely stay here again. We recommend getting one of the outer spots, preferably on the west side. The sunsets and Mountain Views are great!
