KidZone Museum

The KidZone Museum is a children's museum serving Truckee, California, and the Lake Tahoe Basin. It is a non-profit chidren's museum dedicated to enhancing the lives of children through exploration and learning. The museum and its activities are made possible by generous Donate Today! contributions.  In summer, The KidZone Museum, offers the most captivating natural science and art camps taught by local artisans and scientists. They also have Family Camp where the entire family can explore nature close up. We exsist so children can learn through play and to inspire curiosity and create a life-long love of learning through exploration and discovery. Steve Jobs said,""The elements of discovery are all around you...... through exploration and learning one could understand seemingly very complex things in one's environment. My childhood was very fortunate in that way."
