Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on March 22, 2024Spent a few days in April 2019 here. Section E and D1 were recently releveled and repaved. We were in section E and were indeed level. The other sections looked like they are in need of leveling and paving. We had a beautiful and magical site backed up to the lake. Our site 4 was huge! All sites appear to be well-spaced. Tall pine trees with lovely song birds singing. Quiet campground. Two bald eagles perch on a dead pine tree near the camp entrance frequently. They do not allow motorcycles, scooters or similar motorized small vehicles except golf carts. Adjacent to a few boat ramps. Campground appears to part of a planned golf course residential community. You need to be a member of Passport America or Coast to Coast.

A very nice park with lots of wildlife and a fisherman’s dream.
We had great stay here. $5 a night with the Coast to Coast membership. Nice pool and very friendly staff. We will be back for another stay.

Recently stayed at Marina Village Resort, inside a gated community. Close to Houston. Resort style and rv park prices. We will definitely stay again.
New Facilities at Pavillion, Quiet, On Lake Livingston, Lake Views from each section. Deer roam throughout park, can see multiple types of birds.
The park staff is very friendly.

My site was level as most If not all site there were. Electric water and sewer hookups perfect. Security very good as you enter through a private security gate with live person and then the campground. Often left my door and storage compartments open without fear. That’s something for me as a solo female RVer. The views from the lakefront areas were so peaceful and pretty with deer roaming at dusk nearly every night. Beautiful birds. People fishing we’re having g luck. Just so peaceful here… would definitely stay again! And the people were all very nice… all kinds of rigs in here… everyone seem to fit. My only small complaint were the roads. They could be maintained better… plenty of potholes to weave around. But the sites themselves were all level and good. And lot of space between them. Often a LOT of space as only 1/4 of the spots were filled most of the time. I stayed the last 2 weeks of March. I will definitely stay again. Met really nice people. Shelby was very helpful! Lots of
