The guest over the age of 21 must be present to drive the houseboat at all times. Upon arrival, there is Forever Resorts Houseboat and Watercraft Rental Agreement for you to sign. Please note: Pets are allowed on our houseboats for an extra fee of $100 per pet. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Guests can take advantage of barbecue facilities at Trinity Lake Resorts & Marina Trinity Center. Jet ski and small boat rentals are available. The property offers free parking.
