“Where the forest meets the ocean”
Come visit us at Netarts Bay Gardens RV Resort, where the forest meets the ocean. The azure sky melts into the deep blue ocean, where nature abounds and thrives. All cares are swept away by the tides. In the bay, some of the most outstanding crabbing you can find anywhere challenges you to bring the family, take your friends and spend a day in the bay you’ll remember for a long time. If you need a boat you can rent one at our marina. If you have never experienced crabbing or clamming our friendly staff will show you how to get a great catch!

We spent the merry month of May on Netarts Bay. The nightly rate is not so sweet, but if you book a week you will save 15% and if you can book a month it's basically half price (you also pay for electricity if you rent a month).
And whatever older review you may read, this place has been thoroughly modernized. It is no longer billed as an "RV Park and Marina" but has been aptly renamed a "Garden Park". New management has put a lot of money into refreshed sites and plumbing. Yes, the sites are still close together, but they are level and not difficult to back into. And the WiFi works at no extra charge! (Do your banking on your own air card and you'll get 2 or 3 bars of 4G LTE.)
Tillamook and the conveniences of a small city is five miles away and those rocks you see on the sandbars at low tide are actually harbor seals and sea lions. A retail oyster farm is but two miles along the beach, and Bay City has a fine seafood market and cafe called Fish Peddler. Cannon Beach is 50 miles north, Portland is 80 miles east, and Newport 80 miles to the south, and each makes a fine day trip.
We had a fine time at Netarts Bay Garden RV and you will too.

I stayed here while they were renovating, so it's was pretty noisy, but the staff was nice, and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for 2 nights last weekend and enjoyed the location and campsite. The campgrounds are clean, well kept and have very friendly staff.
The only 2 negative comments I would make is that the campground is very “tight”, meaning that not only are you basically only inches from your neighbor but once cars are parked too, there is barely any room for RV’s/TT’s to maneuver. The upper part of the campground could really use some trees for privacy too.
Having said that, we do like this site and would definitely return.

Reserved 9 months in advance to get water view space. Clean. Nice showers and laundry. Spaces very close together and poor cell service are the only drawbacks. WiFi is typically slow RV park WiFi. TMobile cell tower is at Cape Lookout. Had to go there or Tillamook to make calls. If you have a phone that can make calls using WiFi (iPhone) the WiFi was adequate to support a call with slight disruption.

Super quiet corner of Oregon. About 5 minutes drive into Tillamook, or surf beaches. Not really near anything itself, and lots of hills and wind so bikes are hard work!
Layout weird - eg, sites on one side back the actual road, so you pull in from the road. A bit close together, but not terrible. Just weird :)
Coming from Tillamook, entry street is on a downhill in 50 zone, be prepared!
Easy drive to lots of nice scenic places.

We arrived at Netarts Bay RVP on July 10, 2021. Our site was an easy back-in to asphalt pad due to the wide approach street. Pad spacing is pretty tight & not a lot of room to park tow vehicle. Park is well maintained. Nice store in the office featuring pastries and ice cream. Wifi was strong with good internet access. Stepping outside our door provided a view of the bay, with many seals lounging on the sandbars that are exposed at low tide. Easy coastal drives N to Oceanside & S to Cape Lookout SP.

Upside: Clean, great bay, quiet. Downside: Spots a bit tight for tow vehicle especially as can’t park on grass. We squished in sideways ok. It’s an RV park not a camping place, no tents etc. Would definitely stay again with this in mind. Overall experience 4 star.

There is pavement all the way including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are Big Rig friendly.
Our site, 5, was a pull through that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left rear. Distancing is close for a rural park. No site had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a concrete patio, table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was nicely groomed.
The park included wifi was terrible. We did not find any OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the washrooms, showers or laundromat but we checked and found them clean.
There is a small restaurant on site. A short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good overnighter. We paid $55.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.
