Iron Fish Distillery

Iron Fish Distillery, located in Thompsonville Michigan, one mile from Crystal Mountain, is Michigan’s first fully dedicated field–to-glass farm focused exclusively on distilling small batch spirits from grains farmed on our fields and sourced from partner farms. Every step of our Estate Release production will be on full display, from growing and harvesting to milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling done by hand at our 4,900 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility. Guests can enjoy tastings and craft cocktails in out tasting room, bring the family to enjoy music and entertainment, and tour our 119 acre farm, reclaimed after decades of abandonment. Our tours lead you through the journey of handcrafting distillate into spirits, starting in our fields and at our cask room, bottling line and guest tasting room. The historic barn on-site is available for weddings, family reunions and larger events, and offers seating and areas for dancing and entertainment.
