“straddle the state border”
Photographers island is a popular location where visitors can straddle the state line between Arkansas and Texas.
It's a good stopping point to get out and stretch your legs. The kids thought it was cool.
No bathroom just a sign and little section on sidewalk out front of post office but fast good and gas stations nearby and worth the stop for the photo op :)
not much there besides that but it is not out of the way if you are traveling on I-30 so I say go ahead and stop and get your picture!
Great place to take pictures and be in two places at once!
We have some cool pictures from this place.
Kind of in a little, nice area stuck in the middle of a very rundown area. Fun photo op but make sure to go during the day when people are there.
A really neat stop for a photo op. The town is very historic and we enjoyed sightseeing.
Not a place for anything but checking directions, stretching, and taking a photo. But it had ample parking and was a cute little break.
