Earthship Biotecture

A must see if you are In Taos NM. There are 70 homes that are are recycling water, growing food and herbs. Solar power homes with a sophisticated electrical system.

They have built homes throughout the world and in every state.

Plenty of parking for all sizes of RV’s. They do tours but call ahead. It wasn’t expensive to get in and my wife and I did our own tour in one of the buildings.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars, I wish we were able to to visit other homes inside. Every home was built different. You’ll come away with a reason to recycle, conserve and benefit the environment.

A side note: we slept 3 miles away at the rest stop that is right next to the Rio Grande bridge. That was amazing and seeing mountain goats early in the morning was worth it alone.
