Hampton Inn Taos

Stayed here while on a recent visit to Taos for one night. The staff were nice and extremely responsive to our needs. We had an issue with the desk chair in our room that made it so you could not sit in it, within five minutes of calling the front desk they had it replaced.

The rooms are your very typical Hampton Inn rooms and while the building has been here a while, the rooms have had to be updated to be as current as they are with other Hampton Inns. We did not use the pool or the other amenities, but the dinning room looked clean and they had both chips and salsa and well as the traditional cookies.

The two things that I did not like about this stay were that the halls smelled funny and they turn off the air conditioning in the room during the day so when you arrive your rooms is hot and you have to wait for the air conditioning unit to catch up.
