Honored by Golf Digest as one of "America's 100 Greatest Courses," Crosswater was designed by award-winning architect Bob Cupp. Situated on 600 magnificently scenic acres of woodlands and carefully preserved wetlands, Crosswater is threaded by the gently flowing Deschutes and Little Deschutes Rivers. In fact, depending on tee selection the rivers can come into play as often as seven times in a round. The design is traditional heathland style, and the golf course features five tee placements for each hole as well as bent grass fairways and greens.
Crosswater Golf Club is the proud home to the JELD-WEN Tradition, an official PGA TOUR event on the Champions Tour. The 21st Annual JELD-WEN Tradition, Oregon’s biggest professional golf tournament and one of the five major championships on the Champions Tour, will be held August 17-23, 2009. Tee times are reserved for members and Resort guests only. Please call 541-593-6196.
In 1999, Crosswater was designated as a certified Audubon Sanctuary through the Audubon Society of New York State, one of only 150 golf courses in the U.S. to be so named.
