Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling

Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling features handcrafted brews made exclusively at the Coffman facility. All beers are produced in the state-of-the-art, 15-barrel microbrewery. The brewery bar, with rustic dark alder wood, houses all those who are eager to sample or purchase one of these brews. Right outside the brewery is a beer garden complete with stage and sound system for live music and events, as well as a large stone fire pit. Customers are able to sip their favorite brew indoors or outdoors, watch the game on one of many flat-screen televisions, or take a tour of the facility to learn more about the brewing process and the historic Coffman area. But this new facility goes beyond beer, with the addition of a distillery, gourmet coffee roaster and country general store. After sampling the specialty beers, guests can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans, try a cappuccino from the state-of-the-art Multi LM super automatic coffee machine by Carimali, try a cigar from the humidor, buy Missouri products in the general store, or simply relax by the fireplace in the sitting area. Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling offers a unique experience for more than just the avid beer connoisseur.
