“distinctive, hand-crafted wines”
Drawing inspiration from the land and from family heritage, owners Jack and Joal Russell pride themselves on offering distinctive, hand-crafted wines and microbrewed beers in a relaxed atmosphere. Located in the western part of Ste. Genevieve county, family owned and operated Charleville Vineyards features a tasting room and patio in a rustic country setting high above the Saline Creek Valley. A beautifully refurbished 1860’s log cabin adjacent to the tasting room serves as a two-room Bed & Breakfast for guests on weekends.
Come enjoy the sights, sounds, and seasons of a working vineyard. Bring a picnic lunch or sample cheese and sausage from our tasting room, take a hike on nearby trails, or sit by the bonfire on a chilly evening. Limited tastings are free at Charleville and we are happy to share information about our wines and the grapes that make them so special.
