A brand new, privately owned Luxury Resort, located in Spring Texas (about 20 miles from Houston.) We offer an endless array of activities for the whole family, from hiking and biking trails, fishing, and swimming to a recreation hall and a playground for the kids, and so much more. So whether you like getting out and running around or you like the peace and quiet of our library, we have it all. This modern RV Park has been designed for today's RV's with FHU, spacious RV sites and concrete pads, and we pride ourselves on our luxurious bathing facilities, and exercise room.

We should have stayed closer to Houston. The drive was way too long. The park is ok, but the grass is weeds and the sites aren't level. So, for us, it was location, landscaping and an unleveled site. Granted, the site not being level is not a big deal, it only took one jack pad to get level. But, for the price, I expected better. Because it had rained a lot, our site had a lot of mud and standing water on the concrete pad. Looks like we just got one of the bum sites.
The laundry facility just ok too. Two of the washer look like someone had washed a dog bed. The cost is $1.75 to wash and another $1.75 to dry.
The best thing about this resort is that it is quite and surrounded by woods. Also, it has a nice pool and game room.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. All concrete, easy for a big rig to navigate, and the staff was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a week here with the special $199/week rate. Unfortunately, because of the weather we did not avail ourselves of many activities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears that a large number of sites are long term stayers, but all those rigs appeared in good repair. Stayed here to visit with relatives in Spring. Concrete pads, but mine wasn't very level.

The resort is several blocks off the main road & tucked back into a nice open area. Access around the park is easy & sites have decent space between them. Nice amenities, friendly staff who coordinate multiple group get-togethers. A big plus for us is that mail/packages are allowed to be delivered here.
Pretty much any service you desire is within a short driving distance. Just beware that you are in the Houston area & traffic is frequently HEAVY!
A recent expansion has added a large number of back-in sites.
This should easily be a 5-star rating but despite having concrete pads there are a number of sites that are not level. Several can be easily visualized as not level. While we had no leveling issues on our site we noticed several rigs that had multiple blocks under their wheels in addition to their jacks.
