February 28th, 2019: RVer reports that Overnight RV Parking is allowed, confirming multiple reports from Apr 2016 & earlier, & info provided by TX DOT. State of Texas allows Overnight Parking in Roadside Picnic Areas unless there is signage to the contrary. Maximum stay: 24 hours. Area is off-highway, a medium length loop with entrances at both ends. Several picnic tables under shade trees; trash barrels; no other known amenities. Watch for possible low branches.
