There are very few choices of places to stay in Spokane Valley and we needed a week to visit friends. The park is literally on the off ramp for Business 90 with trains nearby and very noisy. 2/3 of the park is permanent residents, neat sites, but a lot of older rigs. Some sites have more than one vehicle so it's crowded. Nothing within walking distance, not a great neighborhood. Many sites only asphalt, ours had a small strip of grass with a picnic table. Our site was level and clean. Very friendly staff, nice residents. Playground, laundry room, rest rooms. Pet walk is outside park on the street. Tree blocked our satellite but the cable tv worked fine. Park WiFi about 50% except in the early morning. We would look for something else for this area.

We just needed a place to stay overnight and we had no reservations or idea of what Spokane might offer. We found this place on Google Maps and we could do an 11 PM check in so we decided to stay. The spots are close together and just basically asphalt with small grass areas between, but everything was pretty spotless. We filled out the overnight check-in envelope and that was that.
In the morning we needed to stay until noon and check-out was at 11. The office had no problem letting us stay the extra time.
I don't know if I would vacation here, but I'd certainly recommend it for pulling in and pulling out again on your way through Spokane.
I can't speak to the bathrooms, showers, or WiFi signal because I didn't use any of that, but it was available.

Older park with asphalt sites. Sites are level with easy hookups. Very tight to get into mainly because sites are short and you have to park your truck/car in street. Will be interesting when we pull out to leave. Lady was very nice and helped us manuever into spot. She even came back a few times to be sure all was good.
Noise from highway but it is expected in most parks. Didn't hear trains though.

Others have described this park well. Note this RV park is undergoing many updates. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites near to I90 (to the north) or the commercial bakery (to the west) may notice some traffic noise but not to bad. I would give it 4 stars if not for the density of spots. Free Wifi at my site signal strong, Ping 14, Download 78Mbps, Upload 78Mbps.
