Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on November 04, 2021Regular nightly site price is $20 per night, our rate reflected the Interagency Pass (sometimes also called the "America The Beautiful Pass") which is available to anyone for $80/year at most federal campgrounds and online.
This is a nice, smaller, quiet campground about 25-30minutes from downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Many sites are quite large (we were over 150 feet away from our nearest neighbors) although most are typical size for a public campground. Many sites are directly on the lake and allows the occupant to pull their boat right up to their campsite.
Utilities (water & electric) worked well, the dump station was located on the way into the campground. We had very fast Verizon internet which allowed for streaming HD video. TV reception was good.
The only minor "ding" was the local gun club's range about 3/4 mile away. When the range was in use, you cold hear the typical pop, pop, pop sound from a range.

Tall Chief Cove Campground is a Corp of Engineer park located on Skiatook Lake about 30 minutes North of Tulsa, OK. The campground offers 50 RV sites on 3 loops with electric (30 and 50 amp) and shared water. The sites also have a picnic table and fire ring. There is a dump station on property. The park offers a swimming beach, boat ramp, frisbee golf, and horse shoe pits. The sites are very well maintained and the restrooms are very clean. The Good: Clean and well maintained sites. Clean restrooms. Very good AT&T and Verizon cell service. The Bad: Some sites are very unlevel. Your shared water faucet could be over 100 ft. from your trailer. Recommend filling up your fresh water holding tank in advance.

The location was perfect for what we needed. A wooded campground with ample space between sites. Our only complaint was with people, not the campground. All of our neighbors strong outdoor lights all around their trailers, then left them on all nights. Everywhere you looked was bright LED lights.

Wow, this was our first COE campsite. We stayed here July 9-11, 2022. $10 with America the Beautiful pass. Electric and water at site, dump on the way out. This is a nice campground in the trees, and though you have neighbors, they are not near as close as in RV parks. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings. No road noise, and site was paved and almost level, only needed 1/2 inch on the Anderson blocks. Dump site was easy to get to and neat. Didn't check the restrooms as we use our own, but there were several throughout the campground.
