I wanted to go ahead and add this review since there are so few and because I’m pretty disappointed in this spot.
DO NOT book within the next 2-4 weeks if you actually want the amenities that they list. We had been boondocking for two weeks and really needed laundry, AS ADVERTISED on the website. When we showed up we were told they don’t have machines yet and won’t until the day we’re supposed to leave two weeks from now. The pool/hot tub are still under construction, so that’s not available either. There should have been some sort of warning, either call, text, or email, that these amenities aren’t yet available so people can actually make the best choice. Bottom line, don’t open your business if you’re not actually fully ready, especially if you’re advertising it as complete.
This park is also very close to an Air Force Base, and the EXTREMELY LOUD jets fly around nonstop. This is not good if you work from home like us, and it’s not peaceful nor relaxing in the least. Don’t book this space if you want peace and quiet. Also, the sprinklers are on a timer and go on and off throughout the day, completely soaking many of the patio areas, so if you’re trying to ignore the jet noise and enjoy your patio, be prepared to get soaked often.
The reasons why I’m giving 3 stars instead of two are because once they DO have all the amenities in place, it will be an overall nice park with decent sized lots, if you can ignore the noise. It’s also a convenient location to explore Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. However, because of the false advertising we experienced with the amenities currently available, along with the noise, we certainly wouldn’t book this spot again.

This is a pretty new RV park. The facilities (bathroom/shower/laundry) were very nice, but the sites are pretty close to each other. Also the electric at my site had me thinking my AC was broken, then I went somewhere else and it worked fine, so I think somehow their electric hookup wasn't working properly.
Also, be prepared for very very loud and frequent Air Force planes flying over. It's OK for a stopover given the facilities, otherwise, I'd pass.

This is a rather loud park due to proximity to Hill AFB. Fighter jets roar overhead most days. It is also next to I-84, but there is a wall that blocks most of that noise. Train tracks are close by but don't contribute much noise, but they are there.
New park, with decent sized spots. There is enough space to put out your awning, so I disagree with folks calling the sites "cramped," but I wouldn't say the sites are massive or anything. We are able to park our F-450 in front of our 37' 5th wheel with a few feet to spare.
This park is in a great location with tons of shopping nearby. With the paved sites, RV dealers nearby, and fast Amazon shipping available, this park would be a great place to stop and knock out some maintenance on your rig. As an example, Home Depot is maybe seven minutes away.
As of Fall 2022, the pool and hot tub are not open, but they are hoping to have them completed by spring. There is a basketball/pickleball court and a riverside trail that goes quite a ways (more than a mile). Shower facilities are very nice, and laundry is available and fairly priced, though I wish they had more machines.
I would stay here again, happily.

Stopped here as an overnight stay while visiting friends in Ogden. Definitely a little crowded but so nice for something in town. The bathrooms and laundry were extremely clean, well laid out and convenient. Family bathrooms with showers nicer than our home. The pool wasn’t up and running yet but it looked nice. Would recommend to anyone passing though!!

September 2023. Booked an overnight here. Easy access from I 84. Nice walking path along the river and also a pickle ball court ( too hot to play). Pool looked lovely but sign said they had not yet received permits to open. About 8pm we finally relaxed and realized how loud it was. Freeway on one side and trains on the other. And that was with windows closed and AC running. Super nice place as long as you know what you’re getting into

Park was clean, sites were level but close together. Big rig friendly. Road noise. We camped at Riverside RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I loved our stay here! The community was friendly, but kept to themselves. The facilities are gorgeous, clean, well taken care of. The walking path along the river was so beautiful. We used it to walk to the playground a couple of times, then we were out of the way of the cars and RV'S. I love the hum of the highway, it was like white noise, and the jets only fly during the day which all my boys loved! We will definitely stay here frequently. We used to live in Ogden Valley and come down periodically for work. It felt like a safe environment, and the parking was just right for our trailer and two trucks. Great price, FIVE STARS in every element.
