There are a whole lot of positives to staying here. Big negative issue, no cable TV. We could barely get any digital over the air TV channels and it would cut in and out the entire weekend. Tried every direction on our digital antennae on our class A motorhome. For the cost of staying here ($72/night) they need to address this issue. I understand that Owners have to get xfinity cable in order to get TV but renters are out of luck unless you have satellite. Other than that, not a bad option for a stay. Had a terrific Friday night welcoming party with plenty of appetizers and drinks of all types. Very nice. We would stay here again but they need to address no TV even though they tell you that you can receive all the major channels.

So this isn’t really a campground, it’s an RV resort that you never really need to leave. Orlando’s usually caters food Thursday, Friday and Saturday, there’s live music and events- a general store, a library with games and more- plus pools and even a fishing pond. We usually stay here when we are fishing Lake Michigan, it’s close and quiet and we love the south haven up to holland area. Cell reception and WiFi is terrible but who cares- this place is as perfect as it gets. Full hookup concrete sites with zero bullshit for loud rowdy ness, drunk or disorderly conduct and otherwise stupid behavior.
This high cost per night really weeds out the degenerates plus they restrict anyone with a camper 10 years old or more unless it’s historic or well kept.
We camped with our 2020 toy hauler before selling it and getting the 35 foot TT.

Blown away by our stay in South Haven. This RV park is a resort! Golf cart guide to site even after hours, paved roads, and a man made lake with 2 water fountains. Pool was still open Labor Day weekend, dog run on back side of property(fenced in), playground, can rent golf carts, paddle boats, and kayaks/paddle boards. Very clean and fancy. Our 40ft 5th wheel had no trouble getting in and out. Campsite employees are very kind and considerate. Setting the bar high for all other RV parks!
Short drive to downtown South Haven or Lake Michigan.

This is a well kept camping resort. The sites are privately owned, so there is some variation in amenities. All sites have full hookups with level concrete pads and fire pit. Some construction happening, the site behind us the concrete pad was being expanded. Several sites small shed like structures were being built. Pool was clean as was laundry room. On Friday night a food truck will be serving coney dogs. The website listed concerts on various weekends. When making a reservation they’ll ask you the length of your RV, how old it is along with what type of vehicle you’ll be driving. They do not allow tents or pop ups. Also nothing over 10 years old.

Sunny Brook RV campground is a beautiful upscale community resort where the majority of sites are privately owned. The rented sites tend to be just a concrete pad, but they are spacious. Everyone is very friendly. The amenities are very good: nice pool area with a hot tub, a lot of nicely kept grass areas for dog walks. And, of course, the location is great: between two State parks: Van Buren and Saugatuck, and only 5 min drive from downtown South Haven. We have a video about this Campground on our YouTube channel - Summertime RV Rovers. The video tells about our stay and activities in South Haven, MI.
