Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on January 15, 2023We stayed here for our last trip before winterizing this year and Loved it. Close to downtown South Haven and home as well. Stocked catch and release pond was a blast for the kiddo. Sites are very well spaced out, lots of room. They just opened so things are still a work in progress/under construction but we are looking forward to going back next summer to stay longer.

Stayed one night on 7/16/20. Sites were on concrete pads and nicely spaced out. No picnic tables. There was only one shower stall for the entire campground. Pool looked nice but did not try it out. A worker came by our site with a gas powered grass trimmer and spent a lot of time trimming the grass around our concrete pad. Very loud with obnoxious exhaust fumes. Then he left all the grass clippings on our pad. Management refused to give us the 10% discount code advertised on their website. They said they “were unaware of it”, even though I showed them. All in all, the worst value I have ever received at a campground.

This was our first camping experience with our new trailer and we had an awesome time. They didn't have picnic tables yet but assured us they were on order. The campground was quiet but you can hear the highway noise which was a bit of a downer. The concrete pads are nice and no leveling was required but there aren't a lot of trees around.
The grounds were clean and well maintained, the pool looked nice and inviting but we didn't try it. They also have a nice fenced in dog park.

Stayed four nights. Still under construction which we were fine with. Site was awesome. Level concrete and have extended pads for a patio type feel. Full hook up worked great. Interstate is close by, but interstate is close to everything in that area. The folks running the campground were very nice. We will definitely go back. We did not use the pool but it looks well kept.

While this park has immense potential to be breathtakingly gorgeous, the staff & especially the owners are a complete sh*t show. We should've left the second they told me they gave our sites away, but we had drove over an hour to get there. Too many things to list went wrong...its unbelievable! I've also given them MONTHS to refund my credit card, as they promised repeatedly & still after dozens of calls& unfulfilled promises, NOTHING. Save your time. Your patience. And your money...CAMP SOMEWHERE ELSE
Several customers are having the same issues, some are filing legal actions. CAMPERS BEWARE
The owner threw rocks at the geese and ordered his dog to attack them while they scurried their multiple families of babies across the pond..."because they sh*t everywhere!" he yelled to us...Completely Unbelievable behavior!!!! (The geese were never a nuisance or an issue in any way at all)
**no fire pit rings, no wifi and no tables as advertised.**
They continue to blame a 3rd party service for everyone's unfortunate experiences, but I've spoken to them personally and they still don't follow through with ANY of their promises to reconcile the experience

What a nice, new RV resort! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great amenities! ... New heated pool and poolhouse with beautiful bathrooms and showers (quartz countertops, 10' ceilings, transom windows up high for natural light) and a nice porch type seating area with an outdoor big screen TV. A new fenced pickleball court and bocci ball court (simple grass court).
Dog friendly! A very nice fenced in dog park and doggie bags/trash receptacles. This resort tries to be a bit green, keeping some areas natural, especially around the ponds, so good fishing (I saw an 18" bass caught) and nice frogs and birds and other nice night sounds came from the flora and fauna they cultivate. There is a new Wellness trail with 5 exercise or stretching stations, 3 times around was 2.1 miles.
There is a small play area for kids, but this was more of a quiet, well kept, adult friendly community with a few families and some grandkids, but mostly very friendly adults (ages 30-70 years young).
They have rules to keep tent campers out, and the oversized RV sites (most were 45' wide x 100' deep). There were some nice water features (2 ponds and small lake with a lighted fountain at night). Well kept landscaping and this is a Well designed RV Resort, with HUGE concrete pads, very level, very large, so we did not have to get our RV dirty. The website was upfront about the fact they are growing and on the west end of the 40 acres they are adding more sites, but they have built phase 1, so there was little interaction with the ongoing work in there 2nd phase. This place will rock when they get it all done (I believe they said 2 years and 180+ RV sites, with paving of the 26' wide roads occurring in Spring 2023 for phase 1 with ~72 RV sites?
Note, there was a little i-196 noise one night with a west wind, but we also heard lake Michigan sounds, too.
Have fun! and if you get to the great harborfront town of South Haven, make sure to see the Lake MI sunsets by the lighthouse/pier...and if you get a chance, enjoy this quiet, nice, well-kept place, it was worth the $88/night! (not sure about the 2 negative reviews, but everyone has a bad day, I guess ??!! ). Blessings!

Enjoyed a long weekend on our first camping trip in our new Mallard here. Staff was great. Honor system for firewood and laundry were both nice. Loved hanging out at the outdoor club house watching the Indy 500.
Couldn’t get to five stars on this review though due to the outrageous price per night. For that kind of money I would expect much more as far as activities, amenities, etc.

Staff was very responsive to a phone message I left requesting a site while we were on the road. Arrived in late evening and receipt and map were left for us on office door. The park has a code entry after the office.
The park roads and sites are completely paved and level.
**However, if you have a rig without a bathroom it's a 2-3 minute walk to bathrooms/ shower house at the pool area.
Pool looked really nice and had a cozy relax area with outdoor tables and chairs next to the pool.

This is a campground, not an RV park. Upon arrival at 3pm we could not enter as they did not give us the code and nobody was in the office even though they were "open" 9 to 5. We reserved a full hook up site, but found the 50 amp electric at the site was not functioning, only had 30 amp. We had a hard time contacting anyone as the office was never open and nobody answered the phone. On day 2, we left for the evening and returned to find NO power at our site and drained battery due to this. Food in refrigerator was ruined. They had us move at 10pm, didn't have power to put slide outs in, so had to do manual. The so called manager was there and did not care or apologize or offer refund for inconvenience. This place us poorly run and not at all what they advertise. I would NOT stay here again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Upon arrival at 3 pm the office was closed and the gate locked, I paid in full prior to arrival and was not given a gate code. We were finally let in and parked in our assigned site. We paid for a full hook up and after troubleshooting our 5th wheel, figures out the 50 amp electricity wasn't working, so we could only connect to 30 amp. The next day the office was again closed so we informed a worker about the issue...nothing. We left for the evening, only to return to absolutely NO power at all (not a weather issue). This made us have to move to another site at 10 pm and unable to put our slides in due to no power, luckily we could do a manual. The manager (joke) did not care, was rude and offered no compensation for all the trouble, we paid $90. a night for no electricity!! This is not an RV resort, they cannot even provide the basic hookup, let alone premier service and resort like amenities. I would NOT stay here again and would never recommend to anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
