I couldn't have asked for a more friendly stay. They escorted me to my spot and helped me back in. I talked with the guy for a good 20 mins while I was getting setup.
They offer full hookups and Cable TV. Wifi seemed pretty good as well. It's a great spot if you just need a safe and quite place to stay

$34.20 per night with 10% Good Sam Discount. This is a clean, no frills park. The sites and roads are all gravel and very easy to navigate for big rigs. There is a patch of neatly manicured grass between sites and all sites are full hook ups. Our site, #38, was a pull through and was generously long for our 40’ 5th wheel and truck. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in finding some resources we needed while we were in the area. I used one of the two laundry rooms and found it to be exceptionally clean, and all machines (3 washers, 3 dryers) were in good working order. It would have been nice to have a tree for some shade, but folks this is northwest Texas and the trees here are short and in short supply, so I won’t hold that against the park. We stayed here as a one night pass through and would certainly consider staying here again.

Texas Snow?
Yup, it’s real.
We were able to get the last spot during an October storm. It was level, nice gravel, easy hookup. Due to the cold we did not hook up the water overnight.
There is some highway noise but with heaters running it wasn’t noticeable.

Very impressed with the layout and tidiness of the grounds. Showers were clean with hot water and good pressure. Friendly staff. Would definitely return.

We needed a place for the night and this was right on the highway. Very easy access with nice wide drives in the park for easy maneuvering.
This park was very clean, well organized. It is clear the owners take a lot of pride in the park. There is plenty of room for any sized rig.
The only downside is one of the things to like. It's right off the highway and that means traffic noise. That is the only reason I have 4 stars. Hopefully it quiets down later tonight.

As a new RVer we have some learning to do still, so for us the parks layout was difficult. That might be due to the fact we arrived at nearly midnight. The site markers aren’t lit, so we had to make a loop through the park to get to our site. But it was clean and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful.

While making our way up to NM from Texas we wanted to split our trip in half. This place was able to accommodate us quickly over a holiday week/weekend. Great location close to the bakery downtown which you have to go to! Overall when coming back through Texas we will stay again

We were greeted by a helpful and polite staff member who guided us to our site.
This park is very well maintained. Hookups were well laid out. Site was perfectly level. Some people did not even disconnect and only dropped jacks to stabilize.
Less noise than expected. Some from the highway but only a distant train whistle at night.
It was a far better choice from the ones closer to Lubbock and only 10 miles out of town.
Two miles away in downtown Slaton is Texas 1809 steakhouse. Unassuming but fantastic steaks.
